Kim Carlson

Kim Carlson brings more than two decades of experience building and leading revenue growth for traditional and digital media organizations. Most recently, she was Head of Global Revenue at Aarki, a mobile Demand Side Platform, which was acquired by leading mobile games platform Skillz in 2021. Previously she served as CRO at global mobile ad-tech company Taptica through its acquisition by Tremor International. Carlson’s prior revenue leadership experience includes roles at Infospace, Marchex, InMobi and Appnique.
Skye Fossey-Tomaske
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Fossey-Tomaske, has served as Mobivity’s Corporate Controller since May 21, 2021. Prior to joining the Company, she held the position of Accounting Manager at Hannay Realty Advisors, LP, where she oversaw the accounting department for all of the restaurant holdings from October 2019 until April of 2021. Before that, Ms. Fossey-Tomaske served as an Accounting Manager for Community Medical Services from November 2018 to October 2019. From January 2012 to September 2019, she served as the Controller for Young Auto & Truck, LLC.
Jeff Griffith
Vice President, Field Engineering
Jeff Griffith leads all aspects of field engineering, which includes designing integration solutions between Mobivity and its partners' and client's platforms. Jeff previously worked for Alcatel-Lucent where he led the Wireless Professional Services division, in addition to other senior engineering roles during his tenure. Over his more than 25 years in the industry, Jeff has held engineering leadership roles in several global companies including: AG Communication Systems; and Honeywell Aerospace. Jeff also served as a professor at Grand Canyon University College of Science and Technology.
Asif Iqbal
Vice President, Engineering
Asif comes with a background of innovation and leadership, boasting two decades of experience in orchestrating successful digital transformations and technology strategies. His expertise encompasses a wide range of industries, including wireless, retail, omnichannel, eCommerce, digital, entertainment, and data science domains with senior and leadership positions at companies such as T-Mobile, Nordstrom, and Circle K. Not only is he an accomplished professional, but Asif is also an alumnus of the University of Michigan and loves to travel with his son.
Jeff Michaels
Vice President, Marketing and Sales Enablement
Jeff Michaels has over 20 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for global organizations across various industries. This includes taking companies like iPIX from start-up to IPO, to producing double-digit growth at multi-national, multi-billion-dollar organizations like Fortune Brands/ACCO Division during the heart of the financial crisis in 2008. Over the last 15 years, Jeff has worked specifically with SaaS organizations like Vista Equity/Kibo Commerce to grow the organization’s eCommerce and personalization prominence domestically and abroad, both direct and by developing the reseller network. His experience typically resulted in working with the C-Suite, and with eCommerce, and Digital Marketing leaders within the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing sector to grow their business while leading the charge within his own organizations to achieve industry-leading growth.
Dan Grigorovici
Vice President, Product
Dan, Founder and Chief Product Officer of AdMobius, is a digital marketing expert with 15 years’ experience leading product, analytics and targeting for digital agencies, online and mobile ad networks. While part of the Quattro Wireless executive team, he led Analytics, Targeting, and Optimization for iAd after its acquisition by Apple. Prior to Quattro, he led the Analytics, Data, and Targeting divisions at Rapp/Omnicom, Carat and Digitas, working closely with Fortune 100 advertisers. He also led data, analytics and targeting product for Tacoda, the first display behavioral targeting ad network, acquired by AOL. Prior to that, he led the analytics team at Fastclick, an online ad network acquired by ValueClick. Dan believes that the current ad experience in mobile is limited and is determined to make it better for everyone. Dan received his B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Political Science from University of Bucharest and his Ph.D (ABD) in Communication from Penn State University.
